Centre Square has a large spaceman/mummer/Wm. Penn sculpture that is currently haning about 40 feet above Market Street. It used to be inside above the escalators but they moved it outdoors when they put orangy marble all over the inside.

I'm curious about it. I used to know some facts about it but have forgotten all of them. I tried googling it but nada. Anyone got some 411 on it? Thanks.
