plumber who does large drains? - PhillyBlog

The drain at the foot of my driveway is pooling water during heavy rain. I reached in there up to my elbow and scooped out some muck (ew) but I need a professional.

My plumber says he doesn't do large drains.

Recommendations, please?

I'd call Bill Gruber and ask them who they recommend. Roto Rooter charges too much.

I am sorry you are having problem with your drain, I highly recommend Tony Sweeny of Sweeny plumbing at 215 206-9016.

Good luck with your drain and hopefully it only needs to be cleaned out(snaked). A typical expense for this type of service should run between $275-$350.

I used Andy's in Rox. Not inexpensive but great work and reliable.
