This guy has been around CH for at least 25 years. I think those stories about being from a well todo family in CH are accurate but I would love more info as well. This guy is harmless and bothers no one for money etc.

I do remember that 20 yrs or so ago he used to walk around the Hill with a little girl who was more normal and clean looking. I think he lived on the Street just on the other side of McCallum St. Bridge from CH and make a right.

I have also heard him called Weird Beard.
