I know exactly what you are talking about. When I heard them on Saturday I peeked out my back window and to my surprise could see my neighbors (Phil-Ellena close to Anderson) having way too much fun with all sorts of fireworks. I talked with my next door neighbors the next day and it seems as if this is standard operating procedure for the 4th.
