Hi, can anyone tell me what the area around Fern Hill Park is like and/or the park itself? I've read some old threads that mentioned some crime in and around the park. Is that still the case? Thanks in advance.

My husband and I have lived in the Fern Hill Park area of Germantown for a few years and we are very happy with the neighborhood. The people are great, there are many beautiful and affordable houses and there is an active neighborhood association.

Fernhill park is a great park. The Friends of Fernhill Park are hosting a Spring "clean up" and a tree dedication this Saturday. If you are interested feel free to come out between 9-12pm to meet a few neighbors and learn more about the park. Hope this helps!
