looking for houses in 19119 and have a few questions for anyone with knowledge:
1) what's parking like on Greene between Carpenter and Sedgwick? Seems not so great.
2) anyone know when Penndot construction on Germantown between Roumfort and Gowen is expected to be over? (please don't laugh me off this board!)

My best guess about parking around Greene and Carpenter is that it will be challenging during Henry School hours and hours that the Weavers Way food coop is open. If you don't mind parking a few blocks away, there are probably spots to be had most any time, though.

I think the construction/detour on Germantown Ave. is supposed to go on at least through November.
