Default Helping Local Schools

I know of a teenager who is a friend of my daughter that is working on a project to help local elementary schools in Philadelphia restore their libraries and classrooms with gently used books since the book bank has been closed and school funds aren't really cutting it. She hopes to turn this into an ongoing project and to help other schools update their library with current books. Being homeschooled makes it a challenge for her to gain attention, but she is very committed and trying everything in the book to make this a success. She is now working on John L. Kinsey School which has two seperate libraries (one for the younger kids and another for the older kids) and needs donations of books for children from kindergarten-8th grade. If you can donate any books in good condition and would like to help or know of someone else who would like to help, please email her at Jenne1990@msn.com Thank you.
