Default Of course...

It's not deception. It's just that the winner writes the history books.

How did it go? Was coal mining and slavery mentioned in the same sentence?

Default Who writes history?

Oddly enough, the winners don't always write history. Shelby Foote, one of the most prominent historians of the US Civil War, is most certainly a southerner. Josephus, a great historian of Rome's Jewish War, was himself a Jew, and a former military commander of the Judean rebels.

Generalizations are generally wrong. Including this one. Wrap your minds around that.
