Represent Germantown at the 2008 Broad Street Run
G-town Radio would like to organize fellow residents of Germantown running the Broad Street Run to show their neighborhood pride by wearing a Germantown t-shirt provided by G-town Radio. The Broad Street Run is a ten mile race that goes straight down Broad Street from Girls High in North Philly to the Naval Yard in South Philly. It was named one of the fastest 10-mile courses in the country by Runner's World. Last year close to 16,000 people finished the race and thousands more lined the course cheering on the racers. This could be an unprecedented show of neighborhood unity and pride at this great event.

Individuals are responsible for their own registration.
WHEN: RACE START TIME 8:30 A.M. Sunday May 4, 2008. Registration is $25 if postmarked by Monday, March 31, 2008 and $30 after that date.
WHERE: The race begins in front of Girls High near the intersection of Broad and Olney. More details on where to acquire shirts will be announced later.
