We recently purchased a house in WMA that hasn't been cleaned in years... We will be removing all of the flooring and damaged ceilings and will need a clean-up crew after the demo work is done. All corners of this house need to be cleaned. Anyone out there that specializes in this?

What kinda flooring? Wood? Any of it any good. I like to salvage old houses so it does not end up in a landfill.
