What happened to Yu Hsaing (sp?) Garden at the bottom of Chestnut Hill near Mermaid Lane? Did they take off with the flower guy from the Septa station!??! We stopped a few months ago and a bunch of businesses had their power cut so I assumed that's why they were closed but now every time I go by they're closed and the shades are drawn. Anyone know?

Last thing I heard was that they were renovating.
