Hi all. I currently live in Sellersville which is in upper Bucks. Long story short, I got divorced and bought a twin at the height of the housing bubble and I'm having trouble making ends meet. I'm thinking of selling (assuming I can at least break even) and move into an apt. down there. I am especially interested in the apts. on Macallum and Wolcott but I can't find any info for them. I would especially like to know if there were any laundry facilities and if I'd have to ditch my grill for now. If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it.

didn't one of these rentals win Best of Philly a few years ago?
