Hey, does anyone know anything about this area of Germantown at the base of the train tracks? I'm thinking of putting a bid on a house on the 6000 block. Do those homes flood? Are the tracks safe? Are there other safety issues? Any chance anyone knows what the elementary school catchment is? Thanks for any help!
