Default Need moving boxes?

Just moved the contents of my wife's CC house to my CH house (recently married). We had the movers pack her things and now have enough empty boxes to move everything in a medium sized house. The moving co. charged me $500 for the boxes and it seems criminal to leave them on the curb for recycling. If you could use them, they're yours for the taking. I only ask that you take them all (lots...many more than will fit in one car).

If you need them, pm me.

Lightbulb Free boxes

You can get free boxes at any "State Store". The workers would much rather give them away, than have to break them down for recycling.

You can't leave them on the curb for recycling, at least not in Philadelphia, not yet anyway. There may be pilot programs but they aren't in the Northwest. On first and third Saturdays there are dropoff fundraisers scattered around the city. Non corrugated cardboard can be picked up with the curbside recycling - cereal boxes, memo pad backers, etc.

Try putting them on www.Craigslist.com -- there's a section for free stuff if you just want to get rid of them. www.freecycle.org should also work but you have to join to use it. Moving boxes are larger than liquor boxes generally.
