We are parading in a Peace Parade on Germantown Avenue for Saturday, March 17 -- the fourth anniversary of the U.S. occupation of Iraq.

The event has been endorsed by the Grannies Peace Brigade Philadelphia, Mishkan Shalom Synagogue, Northwest Greens, Parkway Northwest High School for Peace and Social Justice, Saint Vincent's Peace and Justice Ministry, Women's International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF)..28 organizations in total and still counting!


The Parade for Peace will begin at 1:00 pm at the New Covenant Church Campus, 7500 Germantown Avenue. People will parade south with their church, neighborhood group, peace organization or school. The Parade for Peace will end at 4:00 pm.
