Would anyone know of any homes for rent in these areas?

There's a "for rent" sign in front on a rowhouse in the 200 block of E. Sydney St., which is between E. Mt. Airy Ave. & E. Mt. Pleasant Ave. with the R7 Sedgwick train station at the east end of the street and Boyer St. at the west end (a couple blocks east of Germantown Ave. - E. Sydney's just a one-block street - access it off of E. Mt. Pleasant Ave.)

There's one at Emlen + Lincoln. Nice looking place, too.

We came very close to making an offer on a house on that street (end of row, right next to those ginormous new townhomes). It seemed like a nice block.
