He unclogged a sewage line at our old house in Mount Airy and at our tenant's house in West Philly. He did the work for the amount stated upfront, and he didn't take an age to do so. Salt of the earth kind of guy. Honest and straightforward. It was a relief and a pleasure to work with him. I remember his face but alas, not his name.

Can't help you for the other workers. Good luck though getting that information.

Well, ****... he has a problem with being a bit late @ times.

That's one of the reasons I really liked my condo- just about anything for which I was responsible- minor electrical, plumbing, etc.- I could do myself. The big stuff- roof, basement, anything outside of my apartment- was the responsibility of the condo assn.
