I'm new to the city and I've noticed around the neighborhood that many people have those stickers on the bottom of their front door so folks don't leave leaflets and flyers for every take out place in the city on your step. Does anyone know where you can get these stickers? I've been searching the internet, but coming up short. Any suggestions would help a big help.
Thanks, --Ryan |

just reviving this thread to let you all know the program works great.
you can get a sticker application here: http://www.phila.gov/li/faq/81-74.pdf - it's easy to fill out and you'll get it in a couple weeks. there is an application because they record your address in their database, for purposes of issuing fines to violators. in the past two months i've had the sticker on my front gate, i've received a grand total of 4 illegal fliers, as opposed to the hundreds i previously used to get. |

hahah that's hysterical. and yes, i did make a big stink, too, when the mayor candidates were campaigning. i woulda gladly put a bunch of "litter" tags on them. unfortunately, the guy's website, http://signbanditnh.org/, is no longer up it seems. but a great idea. i'm right with him.
