Sidecars are fun, I had one on a 450 Honda many years ago. Make sure the person who attaches it to your bike knows what he is doing. The guy who did mine was great. The bike tracked straight as an arrow and was very easy to control. When you turn one way the chair is driven down and when you turn the other way it lifts. Think about the stress on the frame when you lift the chair and 100+ lbs off the ground. The guy who did mine put a small roll pin through the clamps to be sure they did not slip.
You may want to check a couple of Harley dealers since a majority of the sidecars I've seen of late have been on HD bikes.
