Yah, you hear them pronounce some of the names (it's "Gladwyne," not "Glad-Wine") and realize that they probably have never set foot within 50 miles of the city.

And why is it that KYW will give you the time about a zillion times an hour EXCEPT when you REALLY need to hear it (clock stopped, forgot your watch, whatever)?

There is one guy who anchors on the station, I don't want to mention his name but he can't say "KYW news", he always says "KY-double-loo news". I can't believe he's still on the station, he does this every stinking time he's on and he's been on for YEARS.

Yeah, that guy bugs me, too! And the business reporter bugs me. He tends to crack "inside" jokes -- I'm there to get news, not lame jokes.
