You know as well as I do if these people come to Philly see the mess will certainly look in the MLS at other areas.

THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM, They should not be looking for more oportunists but creating more options for people that live here, its complete hypocrisy for her to say these people are coming to fix blighted areas I know this because the blighted areas of my neighborhood ARE THE RENTAL PROPERTIES!!!

I definetly think that is a good idea, wish I could get up there. I will donate $ for the ticket to go.

This is another example of complete Incompetence, how can the city let this happen? Why do they think these people will help??

Let the natural market fill suppy and demand, these people actually priced out legitimate families that wanted to live here when the market was booming now we have to deal with the effects of their mismanagedment lack of background checks and verifiable income tennants they put in our neighborhood.

They need to STOP DOING these TOURS UNTIL The CITY ENFORCES the OUT STATE PROVISIONS.

These investors have no interest in placing tenants that cant pay them rent. Bring on the tours and bring on the investors! I'd love some gentrification, or at the very least, the exodus of the people from the ghettos.

Dr. Google, don't know where you live but you can have all the ones in Tacony, Mayfair, Holmesburg, because they STINK, they do not respond to commuity letters, ask how many we have to have L&I Come out and close it down. They are complete parasites, only 1 in the 100 plus I find that does background checks, and he only does it because he is a NYC Police officer.
