This is a black and white girl thing, it's raining and these girls still come outside with flip flops??-lol I lost count today at how many girls had on flip flop on a rainy day like today. My question is WHY?????????

Too funny--I was just talking about this with someone today. We both wore sandals and then walked several blocks in the pouring rain. My feet got soaked. I have a really hard time putting on real shoes (except sneakers when I go running) once it's consistently warm--that's my excuse.

Ever since I nearly killed myself going down to catch catch the EL one rainy night wearing a pair of Old Navy flip-flops, I've chosen the most heavy duty shoes for rain ever. I had a n 8-inch scrap up my back from that. Took forever to heal.

because they're oh so comfortable!! I have this pair I cannot get rid of, the most comfy pair ever, and bought 4 more of same brand. I feel constricted in when i wear shoes in warm weather!

Well those with bunions, corns, ingrown toe nails, hammer toes etc etc and just plain ole fugly feet like Shrek should NOT be wearing flips flops! PERIOD!
