http://www.philly.com/philly/hp/news.../19038474.html This is the only article I can find from Saturday's Daily news. I can't find anything about a mother being denied access to her son. But then again I can only bring up articles from the search thread. And I have tried bringing up searchs for "cop beating" "al sharpton". From what I can recall, Sharpton was claiming this was "worst than Rodney King" initially, but once he started hearing facts, he back down when he was on CNN. 4 Police were fired, beatings happened, I am not disputing that. What I want to know is why people keep calling "rev" Al to show up and scream stuff like "Worst than Rodney King" when it obviously is not. How come there is never a simple "I am sorry" whenever he is wrong? Yet he is still regarded as a CIVIL no just Black rights leader? |

And let's not forget Sharpton's other great contributions to society: - wasted millions of taxpayer dollars and ruined the reputation of many innocent people in the Tawanna Brawley case - wasted millions more taxpayer dollars and ruined the lives of several young student athletes in the fraudulent Duke rape case. - Not paying income tax on millions of dollars of his income. Keep up the great work, Al! We're glad you're out there fighting for us! |

The mother should have been denied access to her son until after they both provided sworn testimony as to the whole alibi they appear to have concocted (yeah, you can't compel the accused to testify against himself, but an alibi defense is just that -- a defense. If he wants to use it he has to testify as to what it is. Now he and his mom have the story straight between them -- just wonderful. More murderers back on the street).

She concocted an alibi with her son? I thought that the son had an alibi with mother of person who was killed? Let's not forget about the holes in the story from the NARCOTIC officers who originally saw 4 people in a car, which was reduced down to 3. There are issues with both sides of the story.
