Have Nutter or Ramsey said a thing about the judge that let these criminals out early yet?

Thank you. As a black man, Nutter isn't too concerned about that. He's disappointed in his brother for succumbing to the tempting criminal lifestyle caused by guns.

Let's ditch Hummers too. Only the military needs them.

It was legally purchased in this country, and could have been legally purchased in PA. If the gun hadn't been sold in the first place, it couldn't have been stolen, resold, traded or otherwise given to the ultimate user (assuming that he was not the one who legally purchased it in the first place).

Hey shosh thats some first rate reasoning there but you forgot a few things:

#1: SKS's wont even be illegal under the new assault ban proposed last year. You would still be able to buy one unmodified (detachable magazine, folding stock etc...)

#2: SKS's already legally purchased before the ban takes affect would be grandfathered in....meaning they are still legal regardless of their modifications.

So my SKS with its detachable 30 round magazines would still be legal....and whats to stop me from reporting it stolen and selling it on the street?

Oops!

And that ultimate user would not have been shooting guns if the Judge and made him actually serve his sentance. But lets just blame the gun for forcing him to pull the trigger shall we.

An SKS is a machine gun?

Rendell just said that if you aren't for the ban, then you are on the side of the criminals, not the boys in blue. Wow. What an ass.
