It's all simple cause and effect. Are the people you refer to really so stupid as to not understand that?
Unfortunately...yes. They just don't get it, feel me?

But, with regards to the video, it's hard to determine if they complied or not. The cops will undoubtly say they didn't. The suspects will say they did. In this instance, should we give the benefit of the doubt to the police?

Question...what could they possibly get for resisting? Did the cops think they were in harms why or in any real danger? When someone resists, you see them really punch back, kick, etc...

IMO, I didn't see that doing the video. It could have been a reaction to the pain they felt when 3 or 5 cops kick you... any normal human wouldn't lay there and not move. It's a natural reaction to react from pain.

On anotgher note, some officer will loose his job behind this.. and...guess who's gonna fit the bill for the beatdown? WE will (taxpayers)... I shouldn't have to spen my hard earn tax dollars on this type of garbage.... this situation could have easily been avoided if proper protocall was establish at the onset.

So we have to understand the mentality of low-life deadbeats, rather than someone who goes to work and makes an honest effort at an honorable living, doing good? And don't tell me they don't, since when there is a problem, the police are called.

It appears to me that you don't: a) know exactly what proper p-r-o-t-o-c-o-l is; and b) are unwilling to accept the definition of reasonable force, as set forth here in this thread, by legislation (correct me if I am wrong, Mr. Random).

These lovely gentlemen that suffered so at the hands of the awful, awful po-po, have records, and substantial ones at that, and were WITNESSED by the police, involved in a shooting. But you know, next time we'll just call you instead, to take out your bullhorn, warn a carload of chuckleheads to stop, show their hands and come out of the car slowly, since you seem to know so much about it from watching television.

Umm . . . should I believe the police or . . . three thugs who just participated in a drive by. The issue is . . . did the three thugs who just participated in a drive by resist? I'm thinking the answer is "yes." When the cops say that's what happened, since that's not unexpected, yes, I tend to believe the cops.

The problem is the thugs want to commit crimes and get away with it and get pizzed and think there's some injustice when they get caught. Then when they resist, the police are supposed to just let them go rather than beat the living crap out of them to get them to comply. That's not how it works. If people don't like that or think it's unjust, tough.

We're going in circles so I'll make this offer in this thread for the third time. You can place me face down on the ground. You are not sure whether I have any weapons but I might. I will have my arms slightly underneath me with my hands near my shoulders, and you may grab my hands, wrists or arms, whatever you want. I will struggle to reach weapons and to stop you from getting my arms behind my back and cuffed. If I win the struggle, I will seriously harm or kill you. If you win the struggle, you get to cuff and search me. Do you want to take that deal? I'd hope not. What rational person would? What you'd want is for all of your friends to do whatever they believed necessary to subdue me, right?

It has nothing to do with not wanting to get punched or kicked. You talk a lot about knowing what goes on in 'da hood and then start talking about punches and kicks?

Are you a poser or what's the deal here?
