Default Antique Appraisal

I have a few antique pieces that I need to have appraised and/or purchased:

Furniture - a rocking chair, and another (broken, but fixable) chair

Household - an antique gas to electric converted chandelier, very large and made of what I believe is milk glass. Possibly turn of the century or earlier.

I'm looking for someone who could come to my home to look at these pieces (I have no time to go anywhere, it seems), appraise them, and perhaps buy them if they feel like it.

Any recommendations? I understand that my convenience is probably going to cost me a little $$$ but hey, that's the way it is.

Thanks!
