Default Murder and Pollution in Philly Ongoing

one murder where the guy kills his daughter over an x box and the jury only gave the guy a 3rd degree murder verdict. What could have been the extenduating circumstance that the jury gave the guy a 3rd degree verdict instead of first? the girl was 2 or 3? Can we get someone from this jury? What pray tell were the circumstances that stopped them from convicting this creep for first degree murder? In cidentally the guy had 3 previous drug arrests. Now if he gets out in ten years who want to work with him when its time for work release?
2. The case where they have a video , again lousy video of an old lady being followed by a guy and the lady over 80 gets her head bashed in for #20dollars. This goes on and on and on and this is the memories we have about the people in this city allowed to slaughter defenseless people . How in the hell do people do this to others?
Finally about pollution. We had 3 good days out of 23, only 2 of them full days. We have one of the worse percentages of good air days then every city in the us which is way different then total pollution , and whats the take on this? most asthma more heart disese more cancers, most depression, and of course probably in every conceiveable way our health is worse at least every way I could compare to people who had good air. Everything that is not good allowed to happen. This is simply not healthy as yesterday it reached close to 100 particulate pollution and of course my lungs were completely constricted.
and almost needed to go to the many hospitals they pump simply because politicians do not care about anything important here. Then while driving I see cars going 50 all the time on 30 mph roads and two major accidents. There are accidents all over this city nons top. What the h is going on in this city?

Um the parking authority makes or breaks this city? Are you sure?
How about the most depression in the nation, thats every city in every part of the us , we got the most
How about close to 400 murders and over 1200 shootings in one year?
How about the most asthma and respiratory disease?
How about a city that fails to win anything in sports including international amateur track and field for decades in spite of being fourth most populated city. Villanova use to be a popular long distance college attracting the best in country , thats before coaches realized the quality of the air was not going to cut it for most of their stars
How about way more then average heart disease and cancers and well I can't go on too long they might censure me

Somebody already explained it:

First-degree murder is a malicious assault committed with the "specific intent" to kill the victim; third-degree murder is the death that occurs as the unintended consequence of that assault, the judge said.

Ok so the guy really didn't mean to kill her? . He was so angry that a toddler he ws suppose to love and care about walked on his xbox ,that justified a third degree murder because obviously he had not planned to kill her with malicious intent? . One can say on the jury also that anyone who justifies killing a a little girl so easily could have malicious attempt and be the person who personafied such behavior trumping all others

This wasn't up to the jury to convict him of 1st degree murder, it's up to the prosecution to charge him with 1st degree murder. Since the prosecution couldn't supply evidence that the suspect planned this murder if he was tried with that charge he would have gone free. With a 3rd degree murder charge he was convicted.

The previous drug charges, the only way the US can put more people in prison and keep them there is to build more prisons. I suggest building one in Villanova, and we have some empty land in Roxborough too, and Delaware River front

i think this happened near me. what i think happened was that the guy hit the little girl cause she was jumping on the bed, losy her footing and fell. it was unintentional and true that he did not intend to kill her i would hope that he showed remorse. sure we need to be much harder on those INTENDING to kill others but without knowing what happened and being at the jurying process it is almost impossible to determine if this man should be but away for life.

there was a murder when we first came here of an old lady in kensington that had her head cut off by a robber. this is someone who needs to go away for life. of you have ever slaughtered an animal you would know how difficult it is to do this act physically.

i think that 1200 shootings is an understatement. maybe people who have been shot and not killed?

i love your insight into murder and clean air, its a trip. if i could juxtapose ideas it would be that availability of quality food and general quality of life resources. if your body cant breath it cant use clean air. you are what you eat

What's even more infuriating about the case is the fact that the defense tried to put the blame on the mother. Maybe the dude should have been paying more attention to watching the child, than playing some video game.

I wonder why we would need to deceive you and you caught on so fast? Is this from the Philadelphia Education system? Could it be I was thrown off this blog in the past?
