As i was driving east on schuykill, right before the spring garden exit, I saw two dogs on the side of the road. Actually it was on the ledge where the grass/trees are. I couldn't tell if there was a fence there or not. I feel bad for not stopping but also feared rabies or something...i didn't have a rope or leash or anything to hold them. I wanted to mention this just in case...one dog was black...kinda looked like this:

These are just copied images from the internet...not the actual dogs. I will be posting this on craigslist as well. They were together and kind of playing with each other on the ledge.

i calculate the exit is about 5 miles away from where they were lost...but hey, you never know!
