Wow, congratulations on being the first to post this theory on PB and being "on the mark". Good to see you are keeping track. It's a real accomplishment after all!

Default Wtf, Get A Life!

you all need to get a life- it is an awful thing that happened, who cares why he was there, no one deserves this to happen to them ever, can you imagine how his family would feel if they read through all of the crap you all write?

How would you feel if your son or daughter read some trash talk about you while you were in the hospital battling for your life? how about supporting the poor man and every other person this happens to every day, everyone is so quick to judge - just stop and think first...

Huh.

Perhaps the dumbass should have been armed. Lord knows the PPD don't patrol the city; rather they wait for a call, and then maybe they respond.

After all, 911 calls cut into their bribe-taking and donut munching time.

Slackers.

Maybe he was picking up some porn on the way home from work. Maybe his wife asked him to. Maybe the attacker got scared off before anything could be taken. Like someone else said, we'll probably never know.

Default thank you PAgirl2006!

Reading this has been frustrating. I am family, a first cousin of victim, I live in Georgia... just visited that side of my family this past June. He has a wife of 20 + years and three great kids. His parents are the sanest and most generous members of my family and his brother is one-in-a-million. This speculation is just that. Having been a victim of violent crime once myself, I know it's no easy task to overcome and the WHY of it will drive a person mad. I'm very grateful he's alive and that our brains are so clever at repairing themselves... he did suffer brain injury. Hope some of you find a way to think a little better about your fellow human beings... the victims, anyway!

n 2002, he represented a Cheerleaders dancer who seductively danced on top of an Upper Darby Township fire truck - and put several firefighters in hot water - after a Rolling Stones concert. He also represented SEPTA in 1999 when the transit agency was sued by the family of a 4-year-old boy who lost his foot in a subway escalator accident. *

Yeah..

Gets Firefighters fired.

Defends bad parents for cold hard cash.

Gets beat senseless hiding his porn addiction from his family.

I'm jumping into this maybe way late but I agree with you 100%. Porn or whatever isn't my thing but it's legal and that's the law in America -- first amendment, etc.

This guy was in a place he has the absolute legal right to be, doing nothing "wrong" in the eyes of the law, and he gets thumped big time. He has a family to support who depend on him.

How come nobody's called for the head(s) on a platter of whoever did this to him? If you don't, maybe you are next.

I'll do it right here and now. If the DA doesn't push hard for attempted murder in this case, she can go find a new job. She's all over the cop who very sadly died as a result of injuries sustained years earlier. Not in any way to diminish that sentiment, she should be prosecuting EVERY case just as vigorously. Or are we mere citizens expendable?

Hmm, interesting theory. Bash in the skull of everyone you don't like. Got a list together yet?

Funny how you got nothing to say about the POS who did the skull bashing. Guess that's OK?

Just saying this guy wasn't visiting sick kids..

He was in the worst section of the city doing something under the level.

and yeah.. I'm not a fan of people who look at obvious situations.. ie. the firefighters... and cash in on it.

THey don't deserve this though.
