Protest Group Seeks to Quiet Down Old City 'Duck' Tours

There was a small but spirited protest on Friday morning on Columbus Boulevard at the foot of Race Street in Old City, by a group of about six people protesting those amphibious vehicle tours called "Ride the Ducks."
