This is what psychiatrists call "paranoid delusions". They aren't playing music and quacking "just to get on your nerves". They're doing it to have fun. YOU are letting it get on your nerves. Stop projecting your self induced problems.

You know what my favorite part of Society Hill is? The smell of roses emanating from the backsides of all the residents.

...Not a bad a point! I guess we should all be able to bash each other.

They should all respect the wishes of the residents of Society Hill. Their desires to have absolute silence and the absence of all things fun and joyful MUST be respected. All hail Society Hill!!!

I hearby propose that Christmas and New years be cancelled in Society Hill as well as they are too fun and too noisy....what with all the songs and smiles.

Also, I propose you try to move St Peters school out of Society Hill as those disrespectful kids keep going outside during the day. Their laughter and horseplay in the schoolyard are disrespectful of the residents. Instead, we should open more graveyards and libraries for peace and quiet.

You're ridiculous. Sound ordinance is a common issue in all neighborhoods. How many neighborhoods are there where people DON'T call the cops if there is a rowdy party next door or someone blasting loud music? Very few. Quit picking on Society Hill as if its the only neighborhood that complains about obnoxious people making far too much noise at the expense of others.

why can't we do both? the tourists are just as annoying without the ducks. Sometimes I go to get a cheesesteak and I have to wait in line forever. And they all talk really loud on the street, sometimes even in foreign tongues.
