I've posted a link to a magazine article from that time showing that it wasn't that position she was offered. She was offered an actual Cabinet post. (The Fitness Czar position was not a Cabinet post.)
Had you not been specific about the post the mayor offered his wife, there would have been no argument. But you were, and there was, and on the specific position, you were incorrect.

Out of all the people in Philly and the United States, his friend and wife were the best qualified for the well paid positions to appointed them to, not hardly.
This college thing is another example of people getting free money because they know someone. All the kids who go to Temple get to pay his salary, and his kid's tuition.
