Has anyone heard where are the cop cars are racing to--around 10:40pm?? Different district vehicles!

Apparently two people were shot in Center City--ABC is saying 1 was a cop:

I bet a decent percent are scared out of their freaking minds! Given how often I see cops in parking lots and not getting the guys driving crazy with blackened windows all around. Or all gangs hanging about and drugs being sold out in the open. Given the small percent of violent criminals getting caught. I don't think honestly this police force is bred to deter at this point or to stop and frisk. Why would this police force want to anyway? Their superior is an idiot who doesn't want anything to do with it and they see how crazy the population with guns are.

Probably something in the air makes 'em act like that.
