I am, too, Lawmummy.

But I think it might have been because I got a fairly reasonable human being on the phone. If I could remember his name, I'd write a letter on his behalf for giving me the respect to listen and actually hear my complaint.
I was annoyed as hell but I went out of my way to avoid blaming HIM specifically; I didn't yell or carry on, but I was firm and direct and I refused to accept stupid answers that came off like, "It is because it is". This situation just made no sense to me and I was not gonna back down, no matter what.
