Short guys of Philly, hear my plea! Where in this town can I find low-rise casual and dress slacks or cords? I've had it with buying regular pants from department stores and looking like a schlub with all the extra fabric around the butt. You can find low-rise pants online (from short-guy clothiers with witty names like "Jockey Club") but I don't like buying clothes I can't try on.
Is there a secret store tucked away under a bridge somewhere or under a manhole cover where all the other short guys are finding well-fitting clothes? And no, the Young Men's department isn't an option.
