Actually, it would be hard to find a house in Lawndale for 89.9K. I think a row would be more like the low to mid 100's.

Cappa...thanks to inflation nationwide you're never going to see a decent home in a stable area for under $100,000. I could by a fixer-upper in some of these areas. (Somerton=Scotchbrook off Bustleton) Mayfair=Pick a trashed house and fix it
