Default What was this tower structure in LaMott?

Stumbled across this odd tower structure in LaMott. I neglected to note the street name, but it's along a road a block north of Cheltenham Avenue. Anyone know what it was?

i used to live around there and LaMott was known for a training ground for civil war soldiers....so mabye its one of those lookout things..........or a church..lol
