Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any feedback about these apartments? I saw a couple negative posts from a few months ago, but there were no specifics. I am going to look at them, but would like to hear from some people with experience.
Thanks! Email: jcollier724@gmail.com

run run away fast. this place has many negatives. on the outside they work on it constantly but on the inside is a shipwreck. water leaks, roaches, mice. something always goes wrong. They are charging you twice as much as the apartment is worth. Not only that but they are quick to get their little team of lawyers to kick you out for any made up reason just so they can charge whatever they want to someone else. the rooms are small. they think the place is society hill or something for the prices they are charging and the space. Don't believe the lies that there are washers and driers in each building as those are lies as well. stay away from Richmond and don't believe anything he says. The maintenance guy is cool but his hands are tied. you can get so much better even closer northern liberties for the same price or a little more.

Joely, can you do me a favor and cite to where you're pulling these internet discussions from? Thanks.

Hey Niel!

I was wondering that too! Nobody told me so I guess I have to go look. Now you may ask what I am doing now????

This is cross-pollination. I am cross-linking two separate areas by hand.

Now I already got this going on with RSS-feeds but I am not even mentioning that here now. There are 75 people online and I wish a few would chime in here .......

OLD MATZOH FACTORY TOWNHOUSES

The name "Liberties Walk" has to be the most deceiving name possible. It's the least walkable part of the neighborhood! Why call it that if in reality its nothing more then central walkway "structures" (and I do use the term loosely) with a side parking lot? I mean we're talking about an exposed parking lot which seems like its never even a third full. I don't know why and how such architectural abominations get made in the first place.

We agree, but poetic license is a Philadelphia tradition. Did you know they never made chocolate in The Old Chocolate Factory? It was a matzoh manufacturing plant. But how many yuppies would want to live in "The Old Matzoh Factory Townhouses?"
