There is a nice size development at 12xx N. Howard St. being marketed by Weichert. Does anyone know the starting prices for these units? 'JUNOGI' will really take off once some sort of structure is evident on Tower's Schmidt's site (IMO)....they have broke ground. The biggest problem w/ the Howard Development is not the 'hood at all. I think it is the El. It is so damn loud there. I own a house on Oxford St. between Front and Frankford and it is LOUD! I used to pray when I was showing it to prospective tenants that it wouldn't pass by.
