Anyone know the outcome of this? They made a hefty price for the building.

Really! How much???

The basic outcome was that the neighborhood gave the project the thumbs up. It includes 10 condos (4 downstairs and 6 up) and 10 parking spots in the rear of the building. A few bells and whistles: 1st floor units will have a backyards, 2nd floors will have balconies, and skylight atrium with a fountain in the back of the property. Units will be between 750-850 sqft.

The next step is to meet with the ZBA to get the land changed from industrial. For what I understand, the offer to buy the property is contingent on them getting approval from the ZBA.
