I live on 3rd and Poplar, right across the street from a kennel. Now moving in i knew this, but these people at the kennel have no mercy It's not 10pm, and there are dogs out and barking... on saturday mornings there out as early as 630am!!! I'm just trying to get some direction or any info on what to do, how to do it, or who to contact, to find out the ordinances for kennels. Any help would greatly appreciated...

It's something you'll probably get used to...I know you think you won't, but you will. They're dogs---puppies have the bladders the size of peas...and when they have to go, they have to go. I would have asked some of the neighbors around the area about Doggie Day World and its noise factor before you moved in. It's been there a lonnnnnggggg time.
