Does anyone else hear this toy dog from hell starting his barking symphony around midnight each night? It seems that the dog's barking is coming from closer to Cumberland and Amber, but I could be mistaken. Since I can't pin point as to where the location of the hell hound is at, I'm calling out to other residents that can't freakin' sleep. Please, if anyone knows the owner of this dog, I would love to give them a piece of my mind...and to make sure that the owner too is taking care of the dog and not neglecting it.
