Hey Fishtowners, what is the deal with the red brick factory building at Frankford & Wildey?
Not the white stucco building which is boarded. The red brick building which has new windows but appears to be unoccupied. There is graffiti on the awning over the front entrance. Is this some kind of failed construction venture? This is the building that is literally right up against I-95.

I think you're talking about the condo project there at 1039-55 Frankford...the owners got into a lawsuit with the union, I believe I heard. It went on the market and went under agreement and then it came back on the market. It's now withdrawn. Last listed price was $5.8M.
