Default 444 N. 4th St. Lofts???

Does anyone live here or has anyone been in these apartments lately? I'm looking to move in but am wondering about the noise level and tenants.

What's the general consensus about living here? Would you recommend it to a friend? Do you find the location convenient in that you can walk to both NoLibs and Old City (albeit 10-15 minutes each way)? Any info greatly appreciated. thanks.

Been here since they opened, against the advice of PB naysayers...

Building's cool, the only noise I've dealt with is a barking dog or two, but don't think I've heard anything else from neighbors.

People seem cool...mostly young professionals. Cafe Estelle's great to have in the building. I'm a fan of being a few blocks from NoLib, or I'd probably be there every night drinking as opposed to one or two.

Yes, I sound like I work for the building...I don't, but I'd recommend it to rent (maybe not buy).

Hey! I'm moving in there too, possibly. Just posted a thread about safety in the area. What do you know?
