See if you can get bobcat or cougar urine and put that near the garden or find some nice red tail hawks and let nature handle it for you.

Squirrels have a good sence for direction and can find their way home. I have read that you need to transport them more than 5 miles away from where you caught them. That will keep them from finding their way home.

But....

That will just leave an opening for new squirrels to take up residence in your neighborhood and backyard.
