It's commas and periods that you seem to hate. Read your first paragraph above as an example.
ok, i give up: what is the correct punctuation for this paragraph, please:

"Stanford, I now sell real estate. Anyway you could make fun of me I can clearly make better fun of myself. Let me point out I wasn't the one correcting grammar and claiming I couldn't understand the run-on sentences of another poster."

Don't group me in with the grammer nazi's! I went to school for engineering, everyone knows we can't write and we're socially inept. I've no room to judge anyone ha ha.

Well, not to be mean, I grew up in Kensington....Martha & Clementine.....but if someone buys the land....they should have a "this land is my land" attitude. I grew up with kids who's parents rented houses their entire life....this was when houses cost like $10k....and these people were buying cars, cable tv, going to wildwood for vacation....they should have bought....and they wouldn't have to worry about being gentrified out.

Once values go up, landlords are going to sell to rehabbers, so buy or face the consequences....such is life. It could be worse....we could be wandering around northern africa with 1 arm, no food, and aids.
