I just moved to the city recently and my car has been acting up. I hope all i need is a tune up.

I have a gift for finding mechanics that ripp people off. I don't want to use my gift anymore. Does any body know of an honest mechanic in this area that works on mid 90s model cars?

any help, suggestions, or even warnings would be greatly appreciated.
