This night’s panel will include Andrew Altman, Mayor Nutter's Director of Commerce and the Deputy Mayor for Economic Planning and Development for Philadelphia as well as the McDonald brothers and Howard Steinberg of Onion Flats.

We hope to touch on sustainability and zoning reform, transit-oriented development, the plans to revise the Rowhouse Manual, the goal of net-zero energy consuming buildings, and other topics.
