Fitness Week May 5th - May 11th Looking for something fun and different to do? We have put together a full week of events that will fit everyone's fitness level. Some events will fill up fast, so reserve your space in the binder located at the trainers table. Pre-Fitness Week events: 1. "Bringing Back to Basics" Yoga Weekend. (May 2-4) For beginners this is a great intro weekend, for seasoned practioners this weekend will serve to refine your practice in a meaningful way. Bring a friend to try out inner bliss yoga studio for free!!! Full schedule at innerblissphilly.com 2.Chi Running Seminar with Craig,Saturday May 3rd 12:30-4:30 ($95) call 267-909-5585 to sign up. FITNESS WEEK EVENTS: Monday 6 am, run with Olympic Hopeful Phil Clark Tuesday 6:30 pm, Hop on the shuttle as we make our way to the art museum steps to do the famous rocky run. Friday 5-7 pm, Join your friends and staff at City Fitness for a bowling happy hour at North Bowl Saturday 10am, Compete with others in your age group to see who is the strongest in the gym. Push-up and Pull-up contest with Howard Saturday: 10-11:30 Spin-A-Thon with Mike, Bill, and Steve. Free water and towels to all participants Saturday Night: 7-9 pm Mix, mingle and relax with the staff and members at City Fitness for a happy hour at Finnegan's Wake from 7-9 pm Sunday: Walk with team City Fitness in the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer 5K.
