Just saw condos at Waterfront Square - the area isn't great but the casino is going to be next to the condos. Is that good or bad? Another developer is on the other side. the people I saw that lived there ( they were at the pool area and in the community room) weren't the classiest , not to be a snob.what have you heard about the place???

I think it will be nice and I'm pretty sure it will improve greatly within a few years. There should be a lot of security there when it is fully developed as well.

Are they starting a new phase? A tower crane is set up. Or is it Trump?

they are building the 3rd building, the Reef Tower. It's 21 stories I believe.

Not buying it.

If the crane is there...one would assume they are moving FW.

Once the tower crane is set up, it's a go. Those things are expensive.

The concrete has been poured into the foundation. I think we will notice the beginning of the first floor within two weeks.

Did the first two towers sell out? If so, are many people actually living there, or are there a lot of investors holding the bag?

I'm almost positive both buildings are sold out. I do not believe everyone is living in the units, and like you said many of the owners may be holding onto them for strictly investment purposes.

I think Ryan Howard has a sweet pad in one of them.
